Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Snag — the Snag web app, browser extension, and mobile app (together, the “Service”) provided by Prodignite Private Limited (trading as “The Product Highway”; “we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Accounts

You sign in with a passwordless email link or code. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to break the law or infringe others’ rights;
• Upload content you are not authorised to share, or that contains other people’s personal data, secrets, or credentials you have no right to collect;
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
• Resell or provide the Service to third parties except as permitted by your workspace.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the bug reports, screenshots, recordings, and other content you submit (“Content”). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display the Content solely to operate the Service for you and your workspace. You are responsible for the Content you submit and for having the rights to submit it. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data, and how to delete your account.

4. Third-party integrations

If a workspace admin connects a third-party tool (such as Slack or ClickUp), your Content may be shared with that provider as configured. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Availability & changes

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, change, or discontinue features, and may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes.

6. Disclaimers & liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, liability) will survive.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
